Both Manchester City and Arsenal have made significant changes to their starting line-ups for their meeting on Sunday, with Pep Guardiola seemingly altering his team's shape entirely. City were beaten 2-1 at Newcastle United on Tuesday and Guardiola has responded to a poor performance by apparently naming a back three against the Gunners. Kyle Walker, Nicolas Otamendi and Aymeric Laporte look set to line up in defence, with John Stones dropping to the bench alongside Danilo, who struggled at St James' Park. Leroy Sane also makes way as Guardiola packs the midfield, bringing in Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan alongside Fernandinho, David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne. Marcus Rashford marked his 100th Premier League appearance with the only goal as Manchester United saw off Leicester City 1-0 on Sunday. The England striker finished clinically from Paul Pogba's pass to earn United an eighth win in nine league games under caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Their winning run had been halted by Burnley on Tuesday, when the Red Devils fought back from 2-0 down to claim a dramatic 2-2 draw, but the three points rarely looked in much doubt after Rashford's 10th top-flight goal of the season. Ancelotti bemused by dismissalCarlo Ancelotti has confirmed he was sent off in Napoli's 0-0 draw with AC Milan for swearing, but insists he did not direct his curse at the referee. The 59-year-old was dismissed from the dugout in second-half injury time, shortly after Fabian Ruiz had received a harsh second yellow card for handball. Napoli posted a picture of Ruiz's leg on Twitter after the goalless draw at San Siro showing where the player had been struck by the ball on the leg, along with the caption: "This is the handball from Fabian Ruiz that caused the second yellow." Napoli were held to a 0-0 draw by AC Milan at San Siro in a boost to Juventus' Serie A title defence. The Rossoneri had only beat Napoli once in 15 league games prior to Saturday's encounter but came close to improving that record, with goalkeeper David Ospina making some crucial saves. Cholesterol Claims Confound Cholesterol-battling plant stanol-based Benecol has been busted in the UK for exaggerating TV advert claims even though they were based on UK National Health Service, British Heart Foundation (BHF) and World Health Organization (WHO) data. A veteran healthy foods consultant called the ruling   “stupid”   and advised Raiso-owned Benecol’s UK license holder, Johnson & Johnson, to sue the UK agency in question. The ads for Benecol drinking yoghurt claimed,   "two out of three adults have high cholesterol"   in the UK, but the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) said the claim manipulated BHF and other data and, “ therefore exaggerated the health benefit of the product.” ‘Stupid?’ Despite being approved by the broadcast approver, Clearcast, the ASA also ruled the ad had inappropriately used an EU-approved cholesterol reducing claim by stating Benecol was,   “proven  to lower cholesterol by up to 10% in just three weeks." “This...
